Shipping to the United States

We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC, US Post Office Boxes, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Also, international shipments will be available. 

Free standard shipping and handling will be automatically applied. Orders may be delivered by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations. Orders sent to US Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.

Overnight shipping availability and order cutoff times are subject to change.

Our flat-rate shipping fees apply regardless of order size or weight.

Shipping Terms - Unless otherwise requested by Buyer and agreed by Inn Promos, Inn Promos will ship purchase order using the shipping method of FedEx, UPS, DHL or the USPS.

Stock items are generally available for shipment or pick-up, as applicable, within 1 to 3 business days of placing the order. 

Non-stock items are shipped directly from the factory, and timing of shipment will be confirmed. If prepaid shipping is selected, shipping, handling, and packaging charges must be prepaid and will be added to the invoice. 

Regardless of the method of shipping, any extra charges for services requested by Buyer, i.e., special routing, inside delivery, or pre-delivery notification (in the case of prepaid shipping) must be paid by Buyer, and will be added to the shipping charges at order confirmation.
